ACT is an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy that uses a variety of acceptance, mindfulness, commitment, and behavior change strategies to help people to accept difficult life experience and increase individual's psychological flexibility. In this series of workshop, Dr. Mann will provide an initial overview in using ACT in trauma work.
