特別通告：中心恢復局部運作及服務
因大廈中央空調及通風系統發生嚴重故障，本中心於2026年8月14日 起臨時關閉。經大廈工程人員個多星期之搶修，中心室內環境持續改善。本中心已於2026年8月21日恢復局部運作，於中心內提供有限度服務。
有關最新服務安排如下：
1. 僅限預約服務： 中心之偶到服務仍然暫停。所有於中心進行的服務，其中包括個案及諮詢面談、小組及其他活動等，均只接受預約，務請服務使用者提前致電聯絡負責職員安排。
2. 服務熱線及中心開放時間： 本中心服務熱線（8100 8883）維持正常運作。如需預約及 / 或查詢服務，請於以下辦公時間內致電聯絡中心職員：
服務時間：
星期一、三、四：上午9:00至 下午5:30
星期五：下午2:00至 晚上9:00
星期六：上午9:00至 晚上9:00
星期日：上午9:00至 下午12:30
逢星期二及公眾假期休息
本中心會繼續密切跟進大廈空調及通風系統的維修進度，以期儘快恢復正常運作及服務。有關最新消息，將繼續於本中心網頁及社交平台公布。

Special Notice: Resumption of Partial Operations and Services
Due to severe breakdown of the building's central air-conditioning and ventilation system, the Centre was temporarily closed starting August 14, 2026. Following over a week of emergency repairs by the building's engineering staff, the indoor environment of the Center has continuously improved. The Center resumed partial operations and provided limited services since August 21, 2026.
The updated service arrangements are as follows:
• By Appointment Only: Drop-in services at the Centre remain suspended. All on-site services, including case and enquiry interviews, groups and programmes are available by appointment only. Service users must call the responsible staff in advance to make arrangements.
• Service Hotline and Operating Hours: The Centre’s service hotline (8100 8883) remains in normal operation. For service appointments and/or enquiries, please contact our staff by phone during the following operating hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Fridays: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sundays: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Closed on Tuesdays and Public Holidays
Our Centre will continue to closely monitor the repair progress of the building's air conditioning and ventilation system in order to resume normal operation and services as soon as possible. Further updates will be announced on our Centre's website and social media platforms.
