In this workshop, Mrs. Lai will elaborate the knowledge and skills in working with high conflict co-parents especially in the use of joint sessions. She will share experiences and practice wisdom in adopting the non-confidential practice to work with the conflictual parents but could maintain the social worker’s neutral role.
